The email address is used solely to:

• Allow technical access to the quiz.
• Send quiz score results to the candidate and the administrator.
• Process contact form requests.

No data is used for commercial or advertising purposes.

3. Legal Basis

The collection is based on the explicit consent of the user, given at the time of submitting their email address.

4. Retention Period

Emails are kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless an early deletion request is made.

5. Data Recipients

Data transits securely via the third-party service EmailJS. It is neither sold nor shared with other third parties.
